Mediation <>Clarification aid
It is based on around 25 years of experience in mediation training and consists of two parts:
- The one year old Mediation expert training

- ... and the optionally following three year old Master class in mediation.
In the first year you acquire the right to call yourself a certified mediator within the meaning of the Mediation Act and to be licensed as a Mediator BM®.

You will learn the highly efficient mediation concept of the clarification aid, with our support you will acquire and mediate guaranteed 3 - 5 mediations and you can observe up to ten days with real mediations of the educational achievement and other clarification helpers.
You are fit for practice!
In addition, the MET offers space for deep personal development on the subject of self-management in conflict.

2nd - 4th year: master class in mediation
In the optionally bookable years two to four, the so far unique master course in mediation, you will deepen your skills as a mediator. With the support of the master class and the training management, you build up your mediation practice: your own mediation institute or the conflict management project in your company, to name just two options.

The "Certified Mediator" in the sense of the law and the license "Mediator * in BM®" are based on only 120 or 210 hours of training time. This scope of training reflects the state of our mediation skills 25 years ago. In the meantime, the know-how of mediation has expanded and deepened enormously. The master course in mediation, led by a mediator with 35 years of experience, turns you into a master in mediation in 33 training days, spread over 3 years.

Bringing your mediation practice to life, be it freelance or within your own company, is a challenge that many mediators have failed to achieve. Mediation is still a pioneer field. Establishing your own mediation practice is starting a company, which requires three years of investment, creativity and courage.
