As part of the Master's program in Conflict Management and Mediation at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), I have supervised over 20 research projects on mediation since 2004.

Since the start of the master’s course in 2004, I have been working as an instructor there. I am a member of the team that designed the study documents and practical training for the master's program.
